The fee schedule:

Credit Cards: minimum service fee $2.50 or 3.50% (whichever is higher)

E-Checks have a fee of $1.95.

E-CHECK PAYMENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO RESTORE YOUR SERVICE IF WATER HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED FOR NON-PAYMENT

Manage or pay your utility bill online through the Citizen Self Service Portal. To register for a new account or access an existing account, please log in using this link: https://cityofsmyrnaga.munisselfservice.com/css/citizens/default.aspx. If you have an irrigation meter, we recommend linking the accounts for your main meter and irrigation meter. For assistance with account access, please use this Quick Guide.

The City uses a third-party processor for online and pay by phone utility bill payments. You will incur a transaction fee. The fee does not apply to automatic bank draft, your personal bank's online bill pay, mailed payments, or checks placed in the night drop. 

Bank Draft

You can sign up for a monthly bank draft from a checking or savings account. Your payment will be drafted from your account on the last working day of each month. Your bill will state that you are a bank draft customer and remind you that a payment via a different method is unnecessary. You are always welcome to pay via a different method any time you would like. If you close the account, you are having drafted or wish to cancel the bank draft option on your account, please notify our office in writing at least five business days prior to the due date. 

Personal Bank Online Bill Pay

Please include your water customer number found on your statement with any payments submitted through your bank's online bill pay website.

Pay in Person

The Utility Services office is located on the first floor of Smyrna City Hall (2800 King Street, Smyrna, GA 30080). The drive-up window and night drop are located on the back side of City Hall off Village Walk. Village Walk can be accessed from Stephens Street or Bank Street. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit, check or cash payment options are accepted in person or at the drive-up window.

Monday - Friday (except official City holidays)

• Drive-up Window: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Inside Office: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Night Drop: Available 24/7. NO CASH PAYMENTS ALLOWED IN DROP BOX. There are two night drop locations. One is just beyond the drive-up window, and one is in the parking lot behind the drive-up window.
