Utility Billing Message - March 2021 - Delay in Mailing / Payment Deadline Extended
March 26, 2021 - We have experienced an issue with the bill processing for the monthly utility bills for March 2021 and are working with the software vendor to resolve it as quickly as possible. The bills show a due date of March 31st because the date was populated/printed prior to the process failing. The deadline is extended to April 9, 2021 and there will not be any penalties or late fees assessed on the bills.
