Teen Time: Craft for a Cause 13-18 years old Tuesday, November 9th 6:00PM-7:00PM Smyrna Library, Meeting Room
The most relaxing and rewarding hour of the month: Crafts for a Cause! On the second Tuesday of every month, local teens (aged 13-18) meet at 6:00PM to make a new craft that benefits the community. Teens have created everything from snowman sock stuffies for hospitalized kids, to beautiful wreaths for nursing home residents, and much more. Each participating teen will receive volunteer service time for each monthly program attended (plus unlimited warm fuzzies).
Holiday Wreaths for Assisted Living Homes: The holidays can be challenging for many people, but especially our community’s seniors. We’ll be creating decorations for a local assisted living home to add some extra holiday cheer to their environment.
