Vaccinations and Booster Shots

Vaccinations are available each Friday through November at he Smyrna Community Center (200 Village Green Circle, Smyrna, Ga) from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm. Vaccinations are free of charge. Please bring ID. For ages 12 to 15, please bring a birth certificate or record of live birth (or passport). 

For those who qualify, booster shots are now available, too. Please see the following regarding booster shots. 

We offer COVID-19 booster shots for people 65 and older and other vulnerable Americans six months after they complete their first two doses.

Booster Shot Eligibility Requirements:

• Anyone 65 or older.
  • Requirement of six months between initial dose and the booster.
• Individuals 18 through 64 years old who are at high risk of developing severe COVID.
  • Requirement of six months between initial dose and the booster.
  • Example includes: Severely immunocompromised.  
• Individuals 18 through 64 years of age who are frequently exposed to COVID either through their work or “institutional” exposure.
  • Requirement of six months between initial dose and the booster.
  • Examples include: Public Safety, Public Health, Teachers, etc.
