Bulky Trash/Large Item Amnesty Day

Location: Smyrna Public Works, 2190 Atlanta Rd SE, Smyrna, GA 30080

Date: November 6th, 8am-1pm

Keep Smyrna Beautiful, Smyrna Environmental Services, and the Smyrna Public Works Department are excited to offer the third Bulky Trash Amnesty Day event. Bring your large, bulky items to the Smyrna Public Works Department and dispose of them for FREE. Open to City of Smyrna residents only. Participants will be asked to show proof of residency through a water bill, driver's license, etc.

Items Accepted:
• Furniture: sofas, chairs, tables, desks, dressers, cabinets, etc.
• Appliances (no Freon containing items – refrigerators, air conditioners, freezers, etc)
• Toys – large toys, basketball hoops, etc.
• Lawn Furniture
• Mattresses and Box Springs
• Book shelves
• Metal fencing
• Carpet
• Mirrors, lamps
• Auto parts – doors, frames
• Gas grills

Items Not Accepted:

• No construction debris (drywall, wood decking or fencing, etc)
• No lawnmowers
• No propane tanks
• No household hazardous waste
• No refrigerators, air co nditioners, freezers
