At present we are experiencing phone line access issues for outside calls to some lines within our offices. If you are unable to connect via phone, and depending upon your level of need, please know that you have an email option to connect with the City of Smyrna departments through the City website and the Staff Directory located at https://www.smyrnaga.gov/financial-budget/advanced-components/staff-directory-list and, if you are experiencing a water related issue such as flooding from a City of Smyrna service waterline break, please use the on-call number of 404-895-5618. The email option through the website Staff Directory (link provided) is encouraged for all non-emergency communication. It is the option to the right of each listing on the Staff Directory. Please select the icon for EMAIL and the address will autofill for you. Please know that if you are experiencing an emergency, 911 is operational. For non-emergency communication with Public Safety, you may use 770-434-6666. Thank you for your patience for a matter that we hope to resolve quickly.
