The Adult Services team has assembled kits which include yarn, paper towels rolls, and instructions to create several tiny winter hats. You just need to supply scissors. These hats are insanely cute and easy to make. Use them to decorate your home, for place settings, or winterize your dolls. A fun and therapeutic craft to decompress after the holidays.
