Teen Time: Crafts for a Cause 13-18 years old Tuesday, February 7th 6:00PM-7:00PM
Smyrna Library, Meeting Room
The most relaxing and rewarding hour of the month: Crafts for a Cause! On the first Tuesday of every month, local teens (aged 13-18) meet at 6:00PM to make a new craft that benefits the community. Teens have created everything from snowman sock stuffies for hospitalized kids, to beautiful wreaths for nursing home residents, and much more. Each participating teen will receive volunteer service time for each monthly program attended (plus unlimited warm fuzzies).
Babies in the NICU learn their mothers' scents with cloth hearts–mom wears a heart, then it's placed in the baby's bassinette. Come make a difference by sewing hearts for vulnerable babies and their moms.
