Meditation is more accessible to you than you think! This workshop is for people who want to find ways to better manage stress and aren’t sure where to start with meditation; it's for people who have tried meditation and feel like they’re not “doing it right.”
This workshop is led by Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Jasmine H. Winbush. She will provide practical tips for incorporating meditation into your daily life.
Dr. Jasmine H. Winbush, PsyD. is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and owner of Amethyst Psychological Services, a group practice in Atlanta, GA that provides individual therapy, couples counseling, and group therapy. She specializes in Multicultural Psychology, Trauma, and Women’s issues.
