Smyrna Public Library cards are free for residents, Smyrna property holders and Smyrna business owners.

RESIDENTS: current photo ID listing proof of residency OR current photo ID and additional proof of residency such as utility bill, lease, pay stub.

PROPERTY OWNERS: copy of current deed or tax bill.

BUSINESS OWNERS: copy of current Smyrna business license.

NON-RESIDENTS: photo ID and payment of annual/biannual fee.
     Individual:  $25 (one-year membership) / $50 (two-year membership)
     Family (up to four people):  $60 (one-year membership) / $120 (two-year membership)

APPLY ONLINE, then bring proof of residency to the front desk on the first floor of Smyrna Library to complete your application and receive your card.
