PAYMENT INFORMATION:  Payments can be made online or dropped off in the drop box located behind City Hall across from the Water Department Drive through (Look for Blue Sign).  When using the drop box, please make the money order payable to the City of Smyrna (Probation).  Place the money order in an envelope with probation and/or your case number written on the outside.  Print your name clearly on the money order in order to receive credit.  Keep the receipt that is attached to the money order for your records.  You will receive a probation receipt by email and/or mail. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS!

If you are ordered to complete an alcohol/drug evaluation, you must select an approved Clinical Evaluator, which can be found on the Georgia DUI Intervention Program Registry website: https://gaduiintervention.dbhdd.ga.gov/  or may call 404-657-6433 to locate an approved Clinical Evaluator. If you are recommended to complete treatment, you can locate a treatment provider on the same website. 

If you are ordered to complete the DUI Risk Reduction Program, you must select an approved DUI school in the state of Georgia, which can be found on the Georgia Department of Driver Services website under regulated programs: https://dds.georgia.gov/ or you may call 678-413-8400 for a list of approved DUI schools.

If you are ordered to complete the Victim Impact Panel (VIP) program, you may call 877.ASK.MADD or you may will find a list of locations online at: https://www.maddvip.org/
