Requesting a Case Disposition:

If you would like to obtain a certified disposition or final ruling of charges from a case heard in City of Smyrna Municipal Court, please click HERE to submit an online request for case disposition.

If you need a probation disposition, call the Probation Department at 678-631-5085.

Georgia Law allows three (3) full business days for a response. You will be notified of an estimate and time for completion or provided the available documentation within the three full business days. Your disposition will be available online for viewing and download through the City's JustFOia Open Records Software. You will receive and email with specific instruction.

***Certified disposition requests will be uploaded for review and the original mailed via USPS.

You can also request the disposition be available for in person pick up. Smyrna Municipal Court does not fax dispositions.
