KID-CON: A Kid's Lit & Pop Culture Fest, hosted by Smyrna Public Library.

Are you a local business offering a product or service that supports literacy and child development? On Monday, December 2nd, we will begin accepting vendor submissions for KID-CON 2025 from local businesses or authors interesting in participating in our event. Please see additional information below regarding vendor specifics. 

The vendor registration link will be made available here at 10am on December 2nd. The deadline to submit vendor applications is Sunday, January 5th. 

Participation to the event will be decided based on the product or service's relevance to literacy and child development as described in the vendor submission form. 

Each vendor must provide a FREE activity, game, craft, or give-away to attendees in addition to any items for sale. 

Each vendor will have a 5'x5' assigned space and decorations or product must not exceed the assigned area. A table, plastic tablecloth, and two chairs will be provided, but vendors are welcome to use their own tablecloth.

Vendors must be in place and set up by 9:30AM the day of the event and must commit to remain for the duration of the event. 

A $50 vendor fee will be due by Wednesday, January 15th (3 business days) or your spot will be forfeited. 

Submissions do not guarantee an invitation to participate in KID-CON 2025. Successful applicants will receive notification on Friday, January 10th. 

Due to the volume of submissions, we are unable to notify individuals who are not selected.
