Update on Online Bill Pay for Water Services

As of this evening 12/28/2020, we know that many of our customers are still unable to pay their water bill online.  Our team continues to work with our service provider to get the system operational and will not be assessing any late fees to our customers until Feb 5, 2021 due to this service interruption.  We do have alternative ways to pay your bill: you can sign up for automatic bank draft (instructions are on our web site under Pay Utilities); or you can bring your payment to City Hall and visit our inside walk-up window, or the drive-up window attached to the side of the building. For those customers, who would prefer to utilize the online bill payment system we will be happy to notify you when the system is fully operational.  Please email your name, contact information and preferred method of notification (phone, text, or email) to Interim Assistant City Administrator Penny Moceri at pmoceri@smyrnaga.gov and we will contact you as soon as the service is available.
