A Request for Proposals to seek a qualified firm to develop an update and expansion to the Smyrna B.O.L.D Downtown Master Plan was issued on May 15, 2024 and is available for view here. Bids are due July 12, 2024. A contract will likely be awarded in late summer, with an extensive public engagement process to begin in fall 2024.
