Once a master plan has been approved by Council, the City will move forward with a process to solicit qualified developers to propose building the project.

• Solicit for Master Planning firm - Summer 2024
• Master Plan / Public Engagement - Fall 2024 to Summer 2025
• Council adopts Master Plan -Summer 2025
